Wadak Harbi – Academic InternI am a third-year student at USM majoring in human biology. I was born and raised in Iraq, lived a couple of years in Jordan, and then moved to the US in 2008. I love writing, baking, painting, and taking lots of photos, but most importantly, I love science! The steps to becoming a biomedical scientist are too many to count, but I am fearless at climbing (although an elevator would be helpful). My ultimate goal is to share and implement my knowledge in ways that I can put into practice and make discoveries, and, eventually a difference in the world of science. |
