The Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) is a multidisciplinary community committed to bridging scientific discovery with improved clinical care and community health. Guided by a vision to translate research into meaningful health outcomes, CCTS conducts and supports high‑quality, innovative studies across the translational spectrum—from basic and pre‑clinical research to clinical trials and observational studies. This work informs prevention strategies, health care policies, and evidence‑based interventions.
Through education, mentorship, and comprehensive research services—including informatics, team science, data support, and study navigation—CCTS fosters collaboration and accelerates the movement of research into practice, ultimately advancing the health of our communities.
CCTS is also home to the Northern New England Clinical & Translational Research Network (NNE‑CTR) grant, led by Cliff Rosen, MD, and Gary Stein, MD.
