Jesse Sammon, DO is an attending Urologist at Maine Medical Center, an Assistant Professor of Urology at Tufts University School of Medicine and an investigator at the Center for Interdisciplinary Population & Health Research.
His a clinical interest is in Robotic Urologic Oncology and the minimally invasive treatment of kidney, bladder and prostate cancer. His research interests encompass a broad range of urologic and urologic oncology care with a particular focus on Comparative Effectiveness, Robotic Surgery, Prostate Cancer care, and shared decision making for PSA screening and the treatment of localized prostate cancer. He also continues to study surgical care delivery including effectiveness, quality, equity, and value at the population, health system and individual levels.
