Jess DiBiase is a Research Data Analyst at CIPHR currently working with investigators on research that explores the relationships between psychological constructs (e.g., patient attitudes, sense of belonging, perceived stigma) and health outcomes.
Jess received her MPH from the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. During her graduate program, she worked with a research team at Maine Medical Center’s Emergency Department (ED), examining the relationship between Emergency Medicine physician well-being and markers of ED crowding and boarding. Before graduate school, Jess became interested in a variety of public health research topics while working clinically as a CNA at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center and during her time working in production for small Maine businesses.
