Dr. Alexandra Hinton is a staff scientist with for the Center for Interdisciplinary Population & Health Research (CIPHR). She collaborates with investigators across disciplines to design and analyze studies that improve health outcomes. With expertise in biostatistics, longitudinal data analysis, and causal inference, Dr. Hinton supports research teams and also leads independent projects focused on optimizing care for people with chronic conditions, including cystic fibrosis. She is passionate about using data-driven approaches to advance health equity and evidence-based care.
Dr. Hinton received her PhD in Population Health from Northeastern University and her Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University. She brings over sixteen years of experience in clinical research at leading academic and research institutions.
