Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northeastern University and a Master of Public Health from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Between degrees, she worked in clinical research at Brigham and Women’s hospital, coordinating multiple studies on endocrine causes of hypertension.
During her MPH program, Anna helped design and disseminate a Community Health Needs Assessment survey in Northampton, MA. She also collaborated with the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts to analyze Youth Health and Youth Risk Behavior Survey data for local school districts. In addition, she worked as a technologist in a microbiology laboratory, performing diagnostic testing on clinical specimens.
