Dr. Pedersen is a behavioral scientist who develops and evaluates evidence-based interventions to improve mental health for caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders, especially in rural and underserved communities. Her research includes clinical trials, digital health, and community-based methods to enhance mindfulness and reduce caregiver stress. She also has extensive expertise in statistical consulting, clinical trial design, and mixed-methods analysis.
